Hello! I am so glad you are here. You have made the brave decision to take control of your life, and I cannot wait to get to know you and walk beside you on this journey. First and foremost, I want you to know that I truly love being a therapist and enjoy getting to know each and every one of my clients. I am deeply humbled when a client invites me into his or her inner world and gives me the privilege to help enact positive changes. I take this privilege very seriously, as the quality of the relationship between a therapist and a client is one of the best indicators to successful therapy. I know you are here because you are probably not feeling great about yourself, your relationships or other aspects of your life. However, once we have become acquainted, I will support and empower you to look at where you truly want to be in this one precious life and work with you to get there. I will help you see your strengths and how to best utilize them. You may not feel confident now, but you will get there if you trust the process. I have a direct and logical approach, while placing emphasis on learning to cope with difficult emotions in a healthy way. I believe that learning coping strategies and communication skills is paramount to being happy. I became a therapist because therapy changed my life. I know what it feels like to feel lost and alone. I am passionate about helping others in the way my therapist helped me.
